At SOCO Dental Studio, we blend generations of dental experience with a fresh, down-to-earth approach to care. Located in the heart of Sonoma County, our practice is rooted in community trust, family tradition, and a passion for purposeful, modern dentistry.

Third-Generation Dentist | Passionate About People and Precision
Meet Dr. Michael Louie
Dr. Michael Louie grew up immersed in dentistry, inspired by the care and connection he witnessed in his father and grandfather’s practices. That legacy — paired with his own passion for patient relationships and smile design — shaped his commitment to thoughtful, personalized care.
Known for his calm and reassuring presence, Dr. Louie takes time to listen and understand each patient’s goals before crafting a customized treatment plan. His approach combines empathy, precision, and artistry to create results that are both functional and life-changing.
Dr. Louie earned his DDS from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry after graduating cum laude in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine. He continues to advance his training in implant and aesthetic dentistry through the Implant Pathway Continuum in Phoenix, AZ, and has trained with leading cosmetic dentists in New York.
Outside the office, Dr. Louie is an avid outdoor adventurer, photographer, and traveler. He’s engaged to Dr. Jacqueline Payne, a local orthodontist, and together they share a love for community, dentistry, and their mini Bernedoodle, Indie — who occasionally makes office appearances by request.

Dr. Jue
With more than 36 years of experience, Dr. Jue has built a career grounded in compassion, education, and community connection. Her journey into dentistry was sparked by a love for science and a natural ability to connect with others — a combination that continues to define her approach today.
A graduate of UC Davis and the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. Jue spent five years teaching as a Clinical Oral Healthcare Instructor at UOP, mentoring students in comprehensive care. She remains deeply involved in community outreach and has been a steady source of support through major events affecting Sonoma County — from wildfires to the pandemic.
Dr. Jue is a proud mom to two healthcare professionals including her daughter, Dr. Jacqueline Payne, and future son-in-law, Dr. Louie! Between them, their family operates three dental offices in Santa Rosa and Windsor, with deep roots in local care and a shared mission of uplifting wellness through dentistry.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her spending time with family (including their two doodles, Hobbes and Oski), leading local initiatives, or mentoring the next generation of women in science and healthcare.
Of course, we can’t forget her two doodles, who you may see around the office, Hobbes and Oski!

Cindi
Registered Dental Assistant
For 19 years, Cindi has worked as a dental hygienist, building relationships and helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles. She graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2006 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Cindi is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge to help maintain excellent oral health, and is dedicated to ensuring each patient feels comfortable and at ease during their visit. She is excited to continue serving this community and looks forward to meeting you!
Outside of the office, Cindi and her fiancé share a deep love for landscape and wildlife photography. They often spend their free time exploring new places, seeking out breathtaking vistas and capturing candid moments of wildlife in their natural habitats.

Registered Dental Assistant
Gaby is a registered dental assistant and joined Dr Jue’s dental team in 2018. She is passionate and loves serving patients and helping the doctors provide excellence in dentistry. Gaby was born and raised here in Sonoma County and loves being with her family that works around the beautiful wine country, and she enjoys going on hikes and riding her bike. Gaby says she is fortunate to work with Dr Jue and Dr Michael.
Bekah
Treatment Coordinator
Meet Bekah, a dedicated dental professional with over ten years of experience in the industry. Originally from Southern Oregon, she’s called Sonoma County home for the past seven years. Since joining our team, Bekah has brought a diverse skill set—ranging from front office coordination to hands-on clinical care. Her top priority is helping patients feel at ease while supporting their long-term dental health. She’s proud to be part of a team that puts patient care first and values genuine, personal connections.
Outside of work, Bekah enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner - whether it’s paddleboarding, hiking, or simply relaxing in the sun with a good book. She lives in the Russian River Valley with her two cats and pet bunny. Bekah loves discovering great local restaurants (anything with a good espresso martini is a favorite) and finding new ways to enjoy everything Northern California has to offer.
